• Items purchased as a Live Break for the purpose of opening during the live stream are strictly non-refundable. All sales are final.
• By purchasing products from the live stream, you understand that the items will not be opened until the Righty streams live on Twitch or YouTube.
• By purchasing from TCGCollects.com or TCGSleeves.store you understand and agree that you are the rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase any product on the site. Any individual who initiates a chargeback for completed or fulfilled orders will be disputed. All actions and communications on the live stream will be recorded for quality assurance.
• Items purchased as "sealed items" can be returned within the first 24 hours with no questions asked.
• Currency
• Our shop currency is in USD. Refunds if any will be issued in USD and converted into your local currency by your chosen payment processor. We have no control over the conversion rate to your local currency nor are we liable for any losses in currency conversion.
